You running a 64-bit OS there? 4GB of RAM seems a tad low.

There is never a 100% straight answer with computers but if you are running a 64-bit Operating System, you should definitely consider installing more RAM. Getting an extra 4GB would be pretty cheap. I would maybe recommend getting a pack with 2x4GB RAM since they're optimized for working together (you don't have to though).

Putting more RAM in (again, if you have a 64-bit OS) seems like the obvious, and cheapest, first course of action for your system.

You might also want to consider looking at CPU temperature as your processor can generate a lot of heat during heavy load.

How do i test the temperatures at point of gaming?

I have installed a new 4 gb ram not its total 8 gb but now when i olay high graphic games it runs for 5 mins earlier it used to run for 2mins
