[SOLVED] my pc restart once after i turn on my pc and then works fine.

Hi , recently changed my psu and since then my pc restarts 1 or 2 min after i turn on the pc and then works fine, i can even use windows in that 2 min but then it restarts ,
and the restart is like a normal restart which fans works and not a complete shut down , after the restart pc works fine and not going to restart again until the next time i turn of and on the pc .
my old psu was 750w and new one is 700 but its more than enough.
since i replaced the psu when i turn on pc and when fans start to work it kinda start for a spit sec louder then back to normal , like when you start a car and push gas for a split sec

What happens if you put the original PSU back? Even new parts fail.

If the problem only appeared after replacing the PSU, the assumption I'd make is that it is related to the change that just occurred. It could be the PSU, or cables to the psu or something else that occurred during replacement. Or it could be just coincidental.

i found the solution ,and for those that maybe have the same problem , it was because of a program named malwarebytes windows firewall control , on the startup it wants to update itself every time and when finaly i allow it to uptdate and since then no more restart at the windows start
