My PC restarts after several minutes of playing graphical intensive games

It restarts like full black screen, no warnings, no BSOD, my whole PC turned off, after a milliseconds or 1secs it turns back on.
Is it the GPU is the culprit here or the PSU?, I tried using integrated graphics(Removed my GPU) and played the same game with same PSU and it didn't restarts...
btw here are my specs:
GPU: power color r7 250
CPU:Intel i3 4150
PSU: corsair vs550
RAM: Kingston Hyper X fury 8gb 1866(single)
MOBO: Gigabyte H81M DS2

GPU temp when playing game is 95-96 degrees, CPU 45-46 degrees.
the PSU that i use is corsair vs550

Front intake is important too. What model is the case? Also, try checking if your GPU fan is running correctly. Maybe a wire got stuck in the fan blades or it isn't running at all.

Checked my GPU fans, it is still running but more noisy, I also checked the wires, nothing got stucked. Is my GPU have signs of failing/dying? :(

so, i changed the thermal paste of the GPU, i didn't restart so far... but still I will observe :)
sorry bout the late response... Mon-Thu I am not around in my house cause of work...

I Use the time needed to do this right, clean the GPU use plenty off paste and make sure its put together the right way
