Hello everyone, I come to tell you that I have several problems with my PC, I hope you can help me or advise me. First of all, Thanks.
It all started when I bought an nvme 1.3 ssd (Spectrix s40g 512Gb), which is currently my only storage (it came from an hhd). It turns out that when I turn on my pc it does not start windows, it loads the motherboard logo and stays there frozen, it stays on a black screen after the logo, sometimes it goes directly to the bios, or the windows screen that mentions that the pc does not it started well. Very few times it starts normally, so I have to restart it several times to be able to use it.
But the problem does not end there, it turns out that it also restarts sometimes when I use it, this happened to me when opening programs like Photoshop, when starting a round in valorant (just like that xd), or randomly regardless of the game. I have had days where it does not restart, but always when I turn on I have the aforementioned problems.
-When the pc turns on and starts in bios, it does not detect the ssd and when I save and exit it re-enters the bios, I have to turn off the power source to be able to exit or restart.
_-When I installed the ssd, I did not configure anything, nor did I move anything in the bios. _
-The restart problem I was able to solve temporarily, I put the pc in energy saving mode and limit the use of the processor up to 15% and a minimum of 5%. It worked for a while, but the problem happened again now.
-Approximately a month ago, I gave my pc a complete cleaning, I formatted it (from a clean installation with a usb), changed the thermal paste, disassembled the pc, opened the processor fan, removed dust, etc..
_-With the "complete" cleaning of the PC, there was no problem until just about 3 weeks ago. _
-The motherboard is relatively "new" I've had it for about 8 months
_-I bought the ssd about 6 months ago _
