Discussion My pc restarts before booting infinetely.

My pc behaves weird. When I played before a crash of my pc happened a lot and thats is still a problem for me. However today I boot up my pc and it can't boot up, It just restarts and restarts infinitely. I think that's a power supply problems because when it restarts, it completely restarts like just shut downs and enables itself.

I got rid of the problem with dumb thinking (I just removed my additional disk)
Now it just crashes like I said before.
Specs:
Video card: nvidia gtx 1050 ti
Processor: intel(R) core i5-2300 2.80 ghz
Psu: Zm400-le (made by zalman)
Mother board: Asrock pci express 3.0
I kinda need to clean it from dust for further inspection.

It's made by Hui Cheng. Sounds reliable, isn't it? No, it's a very bad PSU. Hopefully it didn't kill some components. Replacing is a good idea before futher troubleshooting. What's your location and/or do you have a link to a store?

This pc worked without problems for years (not sure about how much years) .
I made this pc in Russia and have no links for stores.
(It probably partially killed my first hdd because it was a reason of infinite boot up)
