So, this has been going for a long time, about 6 months, but i've been very busy and haven't had time to address it properly.
So, i've mostly been playing when i can League of Legends (don't hate me), and every time i start a game PC shuts down and boots back up showing a critical error has occured and windows has shutdown to prevent damage.
But the problem is, it only happens the 1st time (most of the time). The PC will restart i start the game back, and it all works fine. No trouble with FPS either.
When i play some more demanding games it used to shut down several times but i don't know anymore if that's the case since i only play 2 games on my PC.
The problem is related with any game i start. Any help or knowledge about this would be appreciated

Motherboard - Z87-K
PSU- Corsair Gold something 800W
SSD- Samsung evo 250gb
HDD- 1TB
