My PC restarts (no bsod just system restarts) only while gaming it happens randomly and this started a week ago. everything is on default, didn't update even bios

CPU: Intel i5 4690K (idle 28; load 55-65)
MoBo: ASRock Z97 Extr4
GPU: Gigabyte GTX970 (temp around 70 while gaming) nvidia driver is up to date
RAM: G.Skill 2x4GB (F3-14900CL8-4GBXM)
HDD: Seagate 320GB
PSU: Seasonic 550G

Tested on Prime95 and memtest no error, but on Furmark benchmark causes PC restart, then i tried twice furmark stress test for 15min and both time pc restarted when i tried to turn it off ))
also in event log i see Critical error ID41 (kernel power)

Need your help I guess problem is in GPU or PSU, how to find out which one ?
ASRock Z97 Extr4 has integrated video can i test PSU on that ?

Solution
Under gaming load, a gpu will draw extra power.

Your guess of gpu or psu is likely correct.

Seasonic G550w is an excellent quality unit.

Unfortunately finding out the cause of pc failures is done by replacing parts with known good ones.

See if you can't borrow a known good 550w psu and test with that.

The GTX970, being a bit old might be my better suspect.

If you are contemplating a graphics card upgrade, you could try that.
Kernel Power is the same error, I got when my Graphics card was crashing my system. Oddly enough for me it was when I turned the monitor on when the computer was already running. Ended up being fixed with a new HDMI cable. Different issue than yours.

Try using an over clocking utility to turn your GPU power down to 70% and see if it still crashes.

tried gpu on 70%, tested in furmark 10 min without error and when i tried to turn off crashed (instant restart)

forgot to write i had enabled it, can RAM cause this kind of crash (instant restart) ?

p.s. also Hard Disk Sentinel shows that HDD has 70% health, is there any chance hdd can cause crash ?
