My PC restarts suddenly while running games and I don't know what can it be

Hello, my PC keeps restarting when I play some games (like The Witcher 3 or Space Hulk: Deathwing), I monitorized voltages and temperatures and there is nothing strange.I analyzed Dump Crashes with WhoCrashed but there is no crash in this, only my PC restarting suddenly. Also I have no lack of power since I have 850W. So I don't know what can it be.
My specs are:
FX-8320 overclocked to 4GH
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080OC 8GB
MSI 970 Gaming
Windows 10

What is the specific model of PSU?
DO you have two entirely separate cables running to the video card PCIe power connectors?

Because it sounds like PSU failure .

My PSU is NOX URANO TX 850W
Yes, I have two cables, also this PSU has support for 2 Graphics Card.

I'm currently testing and, for the moment is not restarting/crashing. I only changed % of speed in fans maybe for a moment my PC was overheated but I can't see it.

That is moderately low quality PSU to have attached to such an expensive card.

try monitoring your temperatures with HWmonitor while stressing the machin, don't be afraid to improve airflow to the components or to replace that PSU.
