I got these temps this in in load :the mb temperature is 37-38 degrees
cpu 36-37 degrees
auxiliary 38 degrees
systn1 37.5-38 degrees, systn 2 same
cpu (peci) 42-46 degrees
gpu 36-39degrees
I do not know if they are ok I would like to know how to check them again
This is my pc http://i.imgur.com/G2KWHv9.jpg
What can I do to stop restarting when gaming ? I read and read but didn't find an option

Solution
I use HWInfo (very good and free) and have it autostart with Windows. I have it minimize to the System Tray and just shows the CPU and GPU temp there. I can check it under load while gaming by Alt/Tabbing out of the game, or it also stores the Max temp it has hit along the way.
I don't know the quality of that PSU. It'd be nice to swap it with a good one to test if you can.
You could also make sure all your drivers for your system are up to date.

I also used hwmonitor , but the pc restarts so I got a log to be saved when the pc restarts and those are the temps that were saved after it restarted . About the psu I will buy a new one , but can u recommend me a good one ? An about drivers how I check them ?

I use HWInfo, not hwmonitor, but that's okay.
As I said, I don't know if that PSU is good or not. If you were to get a new one, the list I linked shows you make/model ranked. I find most people on here recommend EVGA (2nd generation) and Seasonic.
As for your drivers, you need to know what hardware is in your computer.. what motherboard, GPU, network, sound, etc. You can look up what you have in Device Manager and see the devices, and go into them to see what driver they are using, then go to the official site of the manufacture and check what the latest release is. If your sound and network are both coming from the motherboard, then go to the motherboard's site. You also need to know what version of Windows you're using (and is it 32 or 64 bit - Right Click on "My Computer" and it will tell you) so that you get the driver for your operating system.
