My PC restarts when playing any game PLEASE HELP!

Hello Everyone, Lately when i play any video game(started with BF1) my entire PC will turn off and turn back on by itself my temps are good for both my GPU and CPU and i'm wondering if it is a PSU issue cause i have had this GPU for a month now and i have over 30 hours in the game and it was working fine but 1 day it started doing this please help thank you, Also i have had my PSU for about 4 years now.

Also, here are my specs
i7 6700k

GTX 980

8GB Ram

650w PSU

Don't need a 750W one, a 650W Corsair CX M (gray not green), 620W Seasonic S12II, or 650W XFX TS will be more than enough. Recommend the CX M as it's one of the few with presentable cables.
