My PC restarts when when I try to stress test gpu or when I play a game

Hello there, today I've been having this issue:

I reinstalled Windows 10 (Actually reset without saving files), installed drivers etc, GeForce Experience and everything works, until I open WoW.

When I open WoW, on settings I've been using before, my PC restarts right when I enter the game, but the restart feels like power outage or something. It doesn't do a sound or BSOD or anything like that. The PC just restarts.

I've been trying to lower graphics ingame, and that worked, on bare minimum, but after 20-30 minutes it restarts again.

From all other forums I've seen on this issue, they suggest it's PSU, but since I haven't changed ANYTHING on my system, I even removed some HDDs to lower the power consumption (ish), I don't know what to do now.

Also, it's not only in WoW, my PC restarts when I do any type of GPU stress test.

ASRock X58 Extreme6
Corsair Dominator 3x2gb 1600MHz
MSI GTX 960 4G
Seasonic SS-620GM
Cooler Master Cosmos II case

At a glance i suggest that it could be one of two things, incorrectly installed cpu cooler/not enough thermal paste or a too low a wattage power supply which kicks in protection features thus turning your pc off and in bios settings it may be set to restart upon power loss hence the pc restarting.

its either PSU or as abover user said about CPU.

more likely PSU since it happens on increased power usage(games)

Have you tested your thermal temperatures of your CPU and GPU ? using HWINFO ?
possibly the PSU, but if no changes, I would inspect Thermal issues first

My question for you is, is it just a straight shut down? or do you see ANY blue screens?
