my specs :
i3 8100 3.6ghz
corsair 8 gb ddr4 2400mhz ram
gigabyte H310M H mobo
toshiba 1 tb HDD
palti gtx 1060 3gb
corsair vs450 psu

while gaming using my old vs450 psu my pc just restarts,i tested with my friends cooler master gx750 watt psu and it worked fine, well my question is is 450 watt psu enough for my above spec ?
does the restarts occur because of not enough watts or cause my psu is broken ?

Solution
If you want to stick with Corsair, then the CX450 would be a considerable upgrade. Near the $40 price point, the 520W Seasonic S12-II may be an old design but it still gets the job done today and was close to top-notch in its day.

Hmm. Yeah seasonic in better but in this case you have to take budget too so go with CM masterwattlite 500.
But you can spend money so best seasonic.

At ~$35 typical sale price, the 520W S12-II is among the least expensive quality power supplies money can buy. If that's out of someone's budget, then enjoy replacing your sub-$30 piece-of-crap PSU every 2-3 years and pray it doesn't blow up your whole PC or burn down your house.
