I recently moved my pc from one floor to another floor and it was working perfectly fine but when I changed its location, all of a sudden it cant figure out whats going on. Ive watched numerous youtube videos-changing my boot options (I have 2 boot options, my 1TB samsung ssd and the other option is “disabled”) ive also tried restarting bios and taking out the cmos battery. Do I need a new ssd? How can I figure out what drive I installed my OS on? I also never really had windows, it always showed activate windows on the bottom right and I found some sketchy website that gave me a key for free. please help.

Also, I have a msi bios and theres like 13 options for my boot priority and my “Hard Disk: Samsung SSD 980 1TB” is highlighted red and none of the other ones are. I have it set to the default priority it sets to when I click load optimized defaults.

Likely something got disconnected during the move.

And we will NOT assist with your Windows activation, other than to suggest you consider a full wipe and reinstall.
That sketchy whatever you did likely came with loads of malware.
