Question my pc screen go black for less than 1 second and go back to normal again

Hi guys, I have a problem with my pc when I turn on the fan my pc screen go black for less than 1 second and go back to normal again, I thought the problem was from my pc or the screen but I've tested that with my father tv and the same problem, the tv wasn't linked at all with the pc, just the tv alone with the receiver.
this problem comes just when I turn on the fan!
I mean by "fan", the human fan!

put the fan on another circuit

put the fan on another circuit

the distance between the first circuit and the second one are only 2 metres because my room are so small, i've try that before and the same problem. but when i try that in another room, no problem happen.
