Question My pc screen won't turn on

I recently bought a TUF GTX1660 Super gpu but when I install it the pc turns on but the screen won't open.

My pc:
MB: Gigabyte B460M DS3H
CPU: Intel I7 10700kf
GPU: MSI gtx 1650(old one); Asus TUF GTX1660 Super (New one)
PSU: BeQuiet System Power 9 600w
RAM: 2x8 HyperX Fury ddr4 2666Mhz
2 monitors:
144Hz LG 27GN650-B on displayport
60Hz LG 27mp59g-P on HDMI
for OS: I have a Windows 10 Pro 64bit and F3 bios

If I reinstall my gtx 1650 it works fine so idk what I'm doing wrong.
I'd really appreciate some opinions on the matter

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Did you install the drivers for the GTX1660?

Manually download via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure as necessary. No third party tools or installers.

My first bet would be to try DDU, a program that uninstalls your drivers. Preferable to do in safe mode also.
