Question My pc should be fully built but it wont turn on

I just finished building my pc. When i plug it in only some lights on the motherboatd turn on nothing else. Then when i press the power button nothing happens. Is there a problem with one of my parts?

I need to put my monitor on the old pc to send the parts list. But i should have done everything correct. I think i plugged in everything correctly but im not sure. I might have put the power switch the wrong way but im not sure.

dude wtf is that 400W psu ? That psu with those components will not live long at all.

it says 400 but the component that i got and where i ordered it was 550 w
