My pc shows a glitchy screen before it says "press F1 for BIOS"

Soo i just upgraded my motherboard and my cpu. I went home, throwed them in my pc, and power it up. This glitchy screen appeard. I tried to update the bios, nothing. And seems like when i change ram or cpu frequencies, the glitch colors change.

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x
GPU: RX570 4G
Mobo: Rog Strix B550-F Gaming (wifi)
RAM: Vengeance lpx 32GB 3200mhz (2x16GB) kit
PSU: Corsair RM750x

check the display cable and monitor

all power cables plugged in?

reinstall windows with the windows media creation tool and an USB flash drive

idk if thats the problem.. like my windows is working and my bios too.. its just.. it shows me this glitch when i start my pc and it annoys me )
