I'm sure i plugged the power,HDD, and reset buttons in the right place but nothing happens when i try to power it on i checked every troubleshooting list it shows no LED no fans moving nothing i have no money to buy any new parts or pay for shipping back to newegg is there anyone who can help me??

Perhaps try unplugging things that aren't important?

Remove GPU, hard drives, RAM, then try power it on.

Make absolutely sure that the power button is correctly plugged into the motherboard.

Most motherboards have standby LEDs on them somewhere, and should light up if power is supplied from the PSU, perhaps list what hardware you have?

I also unplugged everything and tried to do a test outside of the case i thing the the MOBO is the problem

The problem was i didn't plug it in the JPF1 and 2 pin i was plugging it into something that looked like the jpf pins but i couldn't read the words on the MOZBO so couldn't tell the diffrence. Note to self always get to know the MOBO before you start building
