Question My Pc ShutDown while Booting Pheonix OS

I have an intel pentium g2020 With windows installed. I am able to successfully boot window without any problem. In window it shows 35C temp which is quite ok
but when i try to pheonix OS on it, it just shutdown and restart automatically .
So what is the problem with ?
