My PC shuts down every time with a black screen. My video card is integrated (Ryzen 5 with radeon vega 11). The only solution is to access the power options and limit the maximum state of the processor to 95%. It bothers me a lot because I can't play games at a decent performance.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest amd chipset drivers?
