Question my pc shuts down randomly while gaming

ok so i dont know whats the problem here but when i launch a game or put some kind of load on GPU and CPU at the same time pc just shuts itself down sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt this really confuses me there are no overheating problem my cpu hits max 73C gpu 75C this first happen when i was playing a game my pc turned off and never came back i thought i killed my gpu or cpu but after 5 mins or so it turned on and the problem has been happening ever since i checked +12V on with speedfan cause i dont have multimeter it dips to 11.72V i dont know if i can trust that cause its measured by software, also i checked shutdown logs here it is Event 41, Kernel-Power "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." my guess was PSU but i really dont know :/

It is probably the PSU. What PSU are you running and what are your components? Is this PC newly built, or is this problem new and the system used to work fine? have you made any changes to your system specs or OC your system in any way?

* im using Deepcool DN650 its a old psu its about 2.5 years old and most my system is about 2 years old except mobo which is 4-5 years old , and no i have not overclocked anything only change i made was CPU Cooler nothing more

you gave a lot of info. I wish I could help you better, the wattage on the PSU seems to be fine BUT I cant really find thorough reviews on it. I can't vouch for the quality of the PSU, maybe it's not even providing the rated wattage since it's old or has malfunctioned.
The problem does seem like the PSU but you should probably wait for what others have to say about it.

Alternatively, if the problem IS the PSU not providing the rated wattage then you can Cap your FPS to 60 in games where your FPS exceeds 100, and see if that causes a crash. By doing this, your components wont draw as much power from the PSU and if it crashes when the components ask for more power than it can deliver, it wont crash.
If the problem is just a bad PSU that fails randomly then it will still crash even when not under heavy load.

ok i will wait for other replies to but now i have been running overwatch for 20 mins and it doesnt shut down i dont know where to go with this :/ last time im launched it pc turned off in 10 seconds
