Random reboots or shutdowns are mostly caused by 2 issues:
- CPU/GPU overheats and to prevent any damage, system shuts down.
- PSU fails to deliver enough power to the GPU or fails to keep smooth enough voltage for PC's operation.
First check your CPU/GPU temps, both at idle and under load. If temps are within reason then it's safe to assume that it's the PSU who is acting up. In this case, replace your PSU with good quality unit. Anything from Seasonic in 500W range will do fine, e.g: Focus 550, Focus+ 550, PRIME Snowsilent 550 or PRIME Ultra 550 Platinum

Firstly it's incredibly low power, the 1050Ti is a power efficient card, but 230W is still pushing it.
Actually, no. OP says that he has generic PSU operating at 230V (volts), not the 230W (watts). OP never says how many watts his PSU can deliver.
E.g my PRIME 650 (80+ Titanium) PSU is also 230V unit since i live in Europe and we have 220V-240V electric grid in use.
