hi, so my pc shuts down when playing games like battlefield 1 or the witcher 3 but mostly battlefield, it doesn't really shut down, the screen goes black then "no signal" pops up but i also hear my gpu fans and they are very loud like the fans are at there maximum rpm even though the temp didn't exceed 60, same for the cpu, and to turn it back on i have to unplug the power adapter

specs:
GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: i7-4790k
cooler: cooler master hyper 212x
mother board: msi z87 g-45
psu: cooler master 750 v
case: corsair vengeance c70

If overclocking CPU or GPU or both, return everything to stock, then try again.

Black screens while gaming are usually related to PSU issues or temperature issues. Make sure you double check you CPU and GPU temps while gaming - I would even use several different utilities to make sure one of them is not reporting too low temps.

As for the PSU, it is a top quality model. But even they can develop flaws, sometimes out of the box, sometimes after several years. If you can, test the rig with a different PSU as well.

i tried restoring both the bios and GPU settings to default, then i played a battlefiled 1 mission in the campaign which my pc used to shut down while playing it and nothing happened but when i finished it and went to the next mission my pc did shut down, i don't think the problem is the PSU because i bought it 3 months ago same for the GPU, now i will go to sleep and tomorrow i will try something else
