My rig :

CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard : MSI Z97-GAMING 5

Video Card : MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V
Power Supply : Cooler Master 750W 80+ Bronze
Case : NZXT H440 with 5 fans installed

Solution
Good chance the psu is overheating and the OTP is kicking it off to prevent it from burning up. The Coolermaster G series is a lower quality unit that cant take the heat. You need a higher quality psu with a 50°C rating.

No my PC is not overclocked, and the option to "ignore suggested limit is off

your PSU is a tier 3 unit. Not good...which are the last thing you want when gaming full tilt on something like GTA V. That's exactly the type of thing to run a poor PSU into the ground. i have seen mixed reviews on it some good some Ok...and some forum posts that it is "appalling... use of junfu caps and capxon KF secondaries."

might want to look into your PSU a little more

+1 posted before I got my response up and saw the temps you have.

Any suggestions for a good PSUs as a replacement
