Recently when I open any game (AC: Syndicate, Fallout 4 or Game of Thrones: Telltale Game) my computer shuts down and after 2-3 seconds starts booting again. (here the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKExDrdZrsA) This happens most of the time at the main menu.

You may be thinking ''it sounds like a PSU problem'' but is hard to tell because the only change i've done on my computer the last two weeks was the motherboard (from a H81 motherboard to my current mobo, the Z97x Gaming 5 from Gigabyte)

I don't think it's a PSU problem (but it could be...?), mostly because I was running on my old motherboard a overclocked i5-4690k at 4.3Ghz and a GTX 960 but I didn't make any overclock to my new motherboard. I installed windows 8.1 and 10 but are not working, so I don't know if it is a drivers problem with the new motherboard or what

Btw, temps are fine (CPU and GPU 60º average when gaming)

i5-4690k 3.5
MSI GTX 960 2G
G.Skill 1600 4x4 16GB
Keep Out FX850 850W 85Plus

Any idea? 🙁

I would suggest oc'ing the cpu to the same state you had previously. Running higher voltage (which i assume you did) on a previous OC can degrade the cpu meaning it may require slightly more vcore to run now.

Also check that the heatsink is seated properly, it may just be overheating.

I've tested my PC with BurnInTest and FurMark but my computer didn't shut down. Also, when I opened Game of Thrones for the first time my computer died, but the second time it didn't, like 2 hours playing the game and my computer didn't shut down after the first time. Seems to be more frecuently with games like AC: Syndicate and Fallout 4. As an extra info, this never happens while playing League of Legends.
