So this has been happening for quite some time now, whats happens is that when i turn on my computer it shuts off quickly, and to turn it on again i have to turn off the psu, wait 5 seconds, then turn it on again and it will boot perfectly.
to try and fix this i've tried many things, if tried turning the components on outside the case which did work, tried changing the thermal paste on the cpu (which i had to do anyway because i had like 50 degrees in idle), puting some cardboard in between the standoffs and the mobo, switching the ram to the other slot, and some other stuff, but what happens is that it works the first maybe 3 times, and then it starts happening again,

My components are
Ryzen 1300x
Zotac 1050ti
1x8gb Corsair Vengance
450w B3 EVGA PSU
MSI B350 PRO-VD PLUS
Thermaltake Core V21 case which has integrated standoffs

I im slightly sure its the psu, but until i can get one borrowed im trying other stuff

Solution
Probably PSU or mobo that is about to turning bad - i.e. the electrolyte capacitors may be about to dry off.
You can try to replace the PSU, but it may not resolve the issue if it is an issue to the mobo.
