Question My PC slows down after connecting HDD or SSD to SATA

Hi so my problem is when i connect HDD or SSD to Sata port my games after few minutes decrease in fps some immediately and some in 5 to minutes starting at 75FPS until it hits 20FPS i never had similar problem never before so i dont really know what can cause this.I forgot to mention when i disconnect either of them games are running normally,also SSD which i used until now was bought recently.Any suggestions are appreciated

My setup:MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
Samsung 860 EVO M.2 500GB
GIGABYTE AORUS GTX 1080 Ti 11GB
G.SKILL 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz 2×8GB
Intel Core i7-9700k
Zalman ZM850-GVM 850W
P.S i tried different sata ports and results were the same also my cpu and gpu have normal temps.GPU have max 67° and CPU 74°

so what the ssd and hdd that you try to connect? new/used?

Both of them are new SSD is Seagate Barracuda 1TB and HDD is WD Black 2 TB

check disk usage during game on them?
