My PC slows down every now and than

Sometimes when i start my games they are not responsive. Even though my fps is really high (around 70-80) and my CPU doesn't get throttled and the internet speed is also good having around 30 ping in most of the games i don't know what could be the problem. I've checked the temperatures of the hardwares and i also cleaned my case to ensure that it wasn't thermal throttleing. Can you please help me to figoure out what is the problem with the slowlyness of my computer? When i do a restart it fixes the problem for 1-2 hours in 1 game.

You could check that your RAM is behaving properly (running at the right speeds and the system still recognizes that it's all there and you didn't have a stick fail or something). Worst comes to worst, and it's not that bad, do a clean install after backing up your data to another drive.
