My pc somethimes turn off by itself, and don't turn on. But when I retreat the RAW memory and put again, it turn on

My pc somethimes turn off by itself, and don't turn on. But when I retreat the RAW memory and put again, it turn on.
Very few times this happen.
Somethimes the electric power in my house come weak, i don't known if this have connexion with the problem.

What is the problem with my pc?

its a problem that i dont known why happen, all other objectics in my house its working when the pc shut down, and after this it dont turn on, but if I simply retreat the RAW memory and put again, it turn on, why this happen?

You say when i have the problem I try to turn on the PC with a memory and then another, then you believe that one of the memories give this problem? Good tip, thanks
