Question My pc sometimes shuts off when playing graphically intense games

My pc is about 2.5 years old, and just recently when playing games like Star Citizen or Apex Legends, it will turn itself off. Not every time I play, but just randomly it seems. And also once it does this I need to plug it into a different power outlet, it will never turn on when plugged into that outlet again (but other things seem to work fine in those outlets)
I'm worried its damaging the wiring in my house somehow. I've asked a lot of friends who know more about pc's and electronics in general and none of them can give me a straight answer.

My specs are:
GTX 1070
Intel i7-6700 @3.40ghz
16gb ram
windows 10

Has anyone here heard of this issue before? Let me know if you need more info

Please list the exact MAKE, brand and MODEL number of your current Power Supply Unit/PSU. Are there any Overheating issues with the CPU or GPU as well, when you play Games ?

Its EVGA, and I'm pretty sure its 750w. Model number not sure.

I haven't noticed any overheating, but I haven't really checked either

I was just reading that dust can be a factor so considering that I havent cleaned it in 2.5 years and I use it 8 hours+ a day... I will try that and then check the model number on PSU while I'm in there.
