Question My PC sometimes starts, sometimes doesn't ?

hi guys can you help me about my problem
i dont know what happen to my PC.
sometimes it will start, sometimes it won't.
for example

i will try to start my PC now but it show it has no power, but a minute or hour later i will try to start it again and it will start and run smoothly..

my motherboard is asua tuf b360m-e gaming

i already tested my psu and its fine

please help me something magic happen to my pc and i dont know what is it.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

i already tested my psu and its fine
Can you elaborate how you did so? Paperclip method is a pointless method, since it will not tell you how much power the PSU can effectively output to the rest of the system.

I tested my PSU to other computer and it looks completly fine

Just like now
before i created this thread on my cellphone my pc wont open .

now just like 30minutes to 1 hour i tried to open doing nothing at all it open smoothly.

You just copy/pasted the same specs as your own, I asked for the specs to the system you tried the PSU out on to rule it out for being faulty/problematic.

i really dont check the parts of the computer where i tested my psu .
