GPU: MSI Radeon RX 580 8 GB ARMOR OC

Case: Rosewill NAUTILUS ATX Mid Tower
When I play intensive games such as Red Dead Redemption 2, my PC will sometimes stop playing audio and display a black screen, shortly followed by the fans becoming extremely loud. I have tracked temperatures and the GPU is around 82 degrees C when this happens. I have looked around and seen this could possibly be my GPU or PSU but I am not very sure.
