My PC spontaneously shut down after playing CS:GO and will not turn back on.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. After playing some CS, my PC just randomly shut down on me, and I have tried diagnosing why this has been happening. I have tried unplugging and replugging the power cord that connects the psu to the outlet and shutting off and turning on my psu, but this does not work. I have also tried replacing the power cord with a different one, and no luck there either. I have also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the cpu, hdd, and pcie connectors. But for some reason my 24 pin mobo connector won’t budge or unplug in anyway, so i cannot even try unplugging and replugging that in or even replace my psu. I have also cleaned out all of the dust and everything in my pc. However, when i attempted turning my pc back on with everything connected, for a split second a red led flashed right above the 24 pin connector on my motherboard. I have an msi mATX gaming pro if that has anything to do with it. Also when everything is plugged in, when I gently touch or move the 24 pin connector, it also flashed red in the same spot, and every time I would move it in the same spot it would continue to flash. I am pretty sure it is a problem with my power supply, but would anyone by chance know what the issue would be? I have not yet tried jump starting my 24 pin, but I can’t even unplug it, let alone replacing it, which could by chance be the problem. So would anyone know what the problem would most likely be, and how to fix the whole problem of my pc not turning back on?

It happens because you pulled the paper clip out. Those two pins are what starts and stops the PSU. Normal. Unfortunately, that didn't prove anything except that the PSU will start. If you have a...

Yeah, might have a burned contact/pin in the header or connector fusing them together. You can try wedging a thin flat blade screwdriver between ends of the header/connector and gently pry back and forth on each end, see if it breaks free. Seems you've already narrowed the problem down to the PSU and or header.

What PSU is it?

UPDATE: My Power Supply is definitely the problem after some testing and observations. I also have the cooler master 500 watt 80 plus bronze psu. I have been able to unplug the 24 pin connector and have attempted to jump start it with a paper clip, which actually did work after I unplugged everything from the power supply. However, when I take the paper clip out from the jump start, my power supply immediately shuts back off. Does anyone know why this happens, or a possible identification and solution to this? Thank you so much.

If you have a voltmeter, start the PSU again and measure the volts at the pins. All reading should be taken from the colored wires to any black.
