Question My Pc starts, but when I reset it dosent

Hey!

My Pc starts with no problem. But when I turn it off and starts it, the CPU-lamps turns on , fans and leds. But my monitors is black.

If i turn off the PSU and power on the system everything works fine again.

CPU 2600 Ryzen
GPU Asus strix 1060 6gb
Mobo B450 aorus pro
Ram 16gb 3200mhz
PSU 650w

I dont see the problem

Try going in the BIOS and initializing the PEG first. (Primary display)
