Question My pc starts to flicker [black to game] when i open games ]; PLZ HELP

plz help, so my pc starts to flicker black to game when i open games. it doesn't do that anywhere else. in some games it stutters more than others.for exemple in csgo it goes black every second and stayes like that for around 4sec.but in some games like lol and apex it goes black only when i press certain buttons. when im not playing games everything is fine so it cant be monitors problem rigtht?im new to pc gaming so i dont know anything about it.[i havent overclocked or changed anything]
