My Pc stuck at bot loop when i insert a new graphic card

the graphic card need the 350watt power, but my psu only have 300 watt. does it mean i need to buy a new psu. if i change the psu, will it harm my other hardware or motherboard?

I would get at least a 450 watt power supply. The power supply will not harm your motherboard or other components.
