Question My PC Stutters when playing more demanding games.

My pc lags when i play more demanding games such as Warzone, Bf1 and Bf5 yet say i play Rocket league i am fine. Basically every 10-15 seconds the FPS will drop to about 20 then go back to normal. Any help will be appreciated.

My specs:

I7-4790k with a H60 Corsair Liquid cooler
GTX 1060
16gb ram
1tb HDD and 3tb HDD
Asus H81m-plus

Ram about 60%
HDD idk how to check
Cpu in game about 60 degrees celcius
Gpu about 40-50
PSU Corsair 850w and i dont know the mode.
