Not sure what the speaker sounds could indicate; if the pc is truly off then the sounds are from some other source.

You will need to work through the troubleshooting process to eliminate possible causes.

(And you do need to look in the logs for errors and warning messages.)

Boot with the only built-in components (LAN adapter, sound card, graphics) enable and see if the computer works.

If not (again in agreement with Dextermat) you may have a motherboard or PSU problem. Try another PSU. Find someone who can help do that if you do not know how.

Otherwise start adding back components - one by one.

If a component is faulty and causing the problem the pc will again start to crash.

Look at the computer's logs via Event Viewer.

See what errors and/or warnings are being recorded.

Likewise you can use "perfmon /rel" via the WIN + R keys and the Open box. Just type in "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) to see a performance history of your computer. Look for and click the red cirles for more information and details.

If you see error codes or error messages post that information accordingly. And you can also research for more information via the internet. Just be careful of any "solutions" offered or downloads that promise to fix the problem. Look at several such sites first.

And if the problem can be traced to some particular component check the manufacturer's site via FAQs and forums. The manufacturer may already have a legitimate fix or solution available.

I am in agreement with Dextermat.

Add up the component power requirements and compare to your PSU.

However, the logs may provide some information especially if there is "one second" of things happening (i.e., the fps drop) before the shutdown.

If you cannot find any logged errors or related events then you will need to expand your troubleshooting efforts.

Unplug all but the basic components and see if the shut downs continue... Add back components one at a time and see when the crashes start re-occuring. Try that process a couple of times varying the order.

The logs should provide some listing of whatever is happening and the error codes messages may explain the reason.

If the PC is just crashing randomly it could be power related as has been mentioned.

Pull out the new GPU and see if the problem continues.

Double check all internal wires to see if they are tightly connected. Check all cards to see if they are securely seated.

You need to eliminate possible causes one by one.

Not sure that I understand the LAN wire part: If the PC is physically powered on and connected the network card may still show power and activity. Even if the computer has crashed and is not "doing anything".
