Question My PC suddenly boots slow

My SSD is Samsung 980 Pro 250GB PCIe 4.0 M.2 NVMe SSD

And 47GB remaining out of 250GB. I have a HDD too but windoes is setup on my SSD. Previously my pc took like 15seconds to turn on now it is taking more than 1 minute.

I tried to clean up C drive but it doesn't work. I disable the startup app from task manager. Still it boots slow.

Windows 10
Core i5 11th gen
No graphics card
Samsung 980 pro 250GB PCI 4 m.2 nvme
1tb HDD

brother that didn't work. there is no virus or malware and HDD unplug method doesn't work. Still the boot time is slow. And every time it is scanning disk on boot.

SSD health is 99% and it's 50GB free total capacity 250GB
