Question My pc suddenly turn off when playing games and gpu not working

I just turn on my pc in the morning and i started to play game and after a minute my pc suddenly turn off and can't turn on.
The game i play is Sekiro

I wait for a few minutes and try to turn on the pc.the pc turn on but the screen is said no signal.restarted few times and try to remove gpu and use igpu its working but after the windows loading the screen is just black.

When my pc turn on sometimes it turn on and off by itself and no display

I tried to install new windows.after the installation complete it stuck on getting ready.

So how did this happen

I bought the gpu 2 months ago at friends
First month the gpu working great but sometimes got bluescreen when playing gta v
Second month the gpu got no problem even bluescreen

So anyone know how did this happen

Specs
Asrock a320m hdv
Ryzen 3 2200g
Sapphire nitro+ rx470 (never overclocked)
Cooler master mwe 500w PSU
Hyperx fury 4gb 2666mhz x2

Don't blame the GPU just yet, it could be your PSU is broken, can you test the GPU in another PC?

My pc is working now.
When i insert the gpu it still say no signal
Not yet test my gpu in other pc because doest have a friend who has a pc
