Question My pc suddenly turns off like blackout

Hi,
It started to turn of just today ! When pc gets to heavy load it turns off like blackout. Please help me

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Include the make and model of the PSU as well as it's age, not just the wattage.

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS - AMD B350
Ram: HyperX Predator 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200
SSD/HDD: Patriot HELLFIRE - 240GB
GPU: Ge Force GTX 1060 Gaming 6GB
PSU: Seasonic M12II Bronze - 620W
Chassis: Zalman R1
OS: Windows 10 Education (Pro)

Everything is old 15 months. I have used new cooling paste onto CPU 6 months ago because of cooling problems.

Here are temperatures.. Its running for about 30 minutes. Only opera with youtube stuff and some background apps like Steam, Origin, Battle.net,....
