My pc temps

so i recently realized my pc is getting super hot when i play dying light my temps for the m/b is 62 and my cpu is 70 i have a stock amd cpu cooler and was wondering if that was the cause of the heat being so high on both the cpu and motherboard. (for people wondering i ordered a new cpu cooler )

I guess it's just the stock AMD cooler. It's either a lot of dust in the heatsink or the really bad thermal paste you get with a stock cooler.

well my build is brand new so there is no dust i just wanna make sure im not missing something

Or case ventilation issue... what's your case fan setup? Amd stock coolers suck, but for any cooler to properly work, the heat needs to exit the case somehow... is your pc clean of dust?

my pc fan is running just fine theres no dust i clean it once every two weeks

Could you take a picture of it with the side off so we can see the fan positions. You will need to mark which direction each fan is flowing. Bad airflow could cause heat build up

nothing really interesting to see the cpu fan is stock so it just blows out one direction and the case fan was pre installed

Try seeing your temps with your side panel taken off.
If there is a big differance (over 5c lower) it's the air flow problem.

okay so with cover on : Cpu: 17-18 M/b : 24-25 (btw this is while in no use )

Side panel off : Cpu : 16 M/B: 22

That's not in line with your first posts. You were talking 60s 70s and 'burning hot'. Check difference while gaming after at least 15mins or so.

1 case fan only aint optimal. How is it installed? Should be exhaust on back/top side.

okay so while playing the game with cover : Cpu 67 mb 56

with cover removed : cpu : 62-63 mb : 54-55

then it's a combo of not so good airflow and generally the bad cooling that the stock cooler does. Get an aftermarket cooler and you'll have safe temps!
