My pc turn on for 10 seconds then turns off.

Yesterday my pc was working fine, but today I bought a ssd for the first time, I plugged in the sata cable and turned it on, I couldn't find it and then I remembered to plug in the power to it, so I did that and now my pc turns on for 10 seconds then turns off and back on...

I really don't know what to do, I didn't touch anything else, I've removed the ssd for now.
Any help?

Nope, everything was unplugged. It turns on, fans on, I just get no display and pc just turns off and on by itself. And still no display.
