[SOLVED] My pc turns off and on repeatedly

whenever i use my i7 4770 in this ga h81m ds2 motherboard it just turns off and on repeatedly(no display or keyboard light up ) but whenever i use in my dell 3847 motherboard it works perfectly fine .ive tried my other processor i5 4690k and i3 4130 and they work perfectly fine in both. I tried looking for a bios update for my ga h81m ds2 (rev 3.0)mother board but i couldnt find anything so im on bios version f2 .if anyone could help i would glady appreciate it.thanks

For i7-4770 you need BIOS version F5 or later as shown here:

I have rev 3.0 that is rev 1.0 will it still work

Which bios version would be best for my build i7 4770 ,gtx 1070, 8gb 2400mhz ddr3

BIOS updates for Rev 3.0 of that motherboard are here:

BIOS F1 was the first release and supports i7-4770 as you can see in the table, so F2 should support it as well. There is nothing later than F2 for that motherboard as you can see here:
