[SOLVED] my pc turns off by itself when I turn on A-XMP

Ryzen 5 3600x
G.skill trident z neo 3600mhz
RTX 2060 super
Cooler master 750w 80+ gold

My computer turns off until it reaches the log in screen after I turned on the A-XMP profile in the bios.

The profile says DDR4 3600MHz 18-22-22-42
and DRAM Frequency at Auto (3600MHz)

Are modules in slots two and four away from the CPU?

With A-XMP enabled, manually set DRAM Frequency to DDR4-3200 to see if it can work properly. If not, you may need to try one module at a time.

yes the modules are in slot two and four, it didn't work at 3200MHz but it worked on flat 3000MHz, thanks!

I wasnt able to update it since i dont have any usb drive and to add I don't know how to. 💀
