[SOLVED] My PC turns off when upgrading my CPU cooler

Ok so i just recently bought a new cooler (Deepcool Gamaxx GT ARGB) because my previous cooler was making too much noise, but after installing it when i try turning on my PC, it turns itself back off after a few seconds. Then i decided to go back to my previous cooler and the PC stays on just fine, so apparently the problem is with the new cooler, even though it should be compatible in theory. My PC specs:

CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 3GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A UD3P
Supply: EVGA 500W white
RAM: 16 GB kingston
Cooler (the one that works): Cooler master Hyper 212

Try switching fans from the Hyper 212 to the Deepcool and see if you still have the problem.

You think the fan might be using too much energy? I mean it's only a 2W difference but let me try

Too much pressure on the CPU with the gammaxx? A system will post without any heatsink installed.

I'm sorry what do you mean by too much pressure? Does it mean that i screwed the cooler too tight?

That can happen. Seen that a few times. CPU with too much pressure not booting or creating RAM issues.

I'm wondering if there is a problem with the fan from the Deepcool causing the problem.
