A while ago I spilt water on my computer and it shut down. After a reboot everything worked fine but I had no display to the monitor. I tried different wires and my laptop connects to it fine so I replaced the motherboard. I still have the same problem despite all components working. My graphics card fans spin as does the CPU and case fan but I have no display. My motherboard has the ez debug led on it.

The ram has been replaced as well as the CPU so my guess is that it's either the power supply or the GPU but I'm confused since everything appears to work.

CPU: Intel BX80684I58400 8th Gen Core i5-8400 Processor
Motherboard: MSI H310-A Pro
GPU: Radeon R9 200 Series

Solution
I think it might be the GPU or the monitor not working
Even if your gpu fans spin the gpu might be not working properly , but also try connecting it to another monitor, the chances of it being the monitor are low but give it a try
and usually these problems are not caused by the cpu
and also try connecting your monitor to the motherboard instead of the gpu and if it worked then the gpu is the problem
Better check if you've connected the 8PIN CPU power plug to the motherboard (no connection = no display!)
Other than that, your CPU has integrated graphics (and the motherboard has support for it), so try removing your Radeon card, and using the integrated graphics, this would give you a clue as to whether the problem is graphics related or not. If it doesn't make a difference, then it's likely the power supply (provided you're 100% sure it's not the monitor, you could try a different monitor, connecting it to your digital cable/satellite TV box or streamer, or connecting the monitor to another computer just to make sure). For the record, just because a power supply powers up, it doesn't mean it's in good working condition (I've seen this happening many times!) never take things for granted.

Thank you very much for the reply! I might be being slow but on the manual page I can only see one light that indicates either VGA, Boot, DRAM or CPU
