My PC turns on and off.

Okay so my PC is about 1 year old which I build. Everything was fine until 4 months ago my pc suddenly started turning off and on. I took it apart and cleaned the dust of it and notice my cpu fan spin so I told my dad to fix he did. Yes told my because I'm in a wheelchair and can't do much stuff well back to my pc. I put everything back with ram. CPU, CPU fan and PSU. It started working up until now again same thing. Could it be the cpu fan or something else. My specs are below.

Case NZXT Source 210
Motherboard AsRock B75m-GL R2.0
PSU Corsair 500cx
Memory team elite 4gb ram + 4gb Ram no Brand
CPU Core i5 3450 3.1 GHZ
Graphics card GTX 550 ti 1 GB lol

if it not the system shutting down to save the cpu. use hardware info to look at the power supply 12v rail. if it not holding at 11.8v or higher a pc will shut down.

When it turns off what is the PC doing? Does this happen in graphic intensive applications or games? Could be your power supply is failing.

You can get a replacement Intel fan for your CPU they're aren't very expensive. Aftermarket fans can be a chore to install in some cases you may need to pull the motherboard out to install it. If your not overclocking the regular cooler should be fine.

I fixed it. it was the CPU Fan so i bought the cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu fan. i also replaced my case fan and my PSU to a no brand one.
