My pc turns on and usbs work but no display

My pc broke recently so I made a new one, it seems to turn on fine, fans and everything are working, but there's no display, even though the graphics card is new, compatible with the motherboard, and the fan on it works fine

Have you connected the monitor to the card, and not to the motherboard?
