Question My Pc turns on but no display pretty sure it’s my motherboard

I have a 5950x with a b550 motherboard and a 2070. When I turn on the pc everything lights up and the graphics card is spinning. Neither monitor I’ve tried shows any display. Put graphics card in another computer and it works. Is it my motherboard that needs replaced?

CPU: Ryzen 5950x
GPU: RTX 2070
Mobo: MSI B550 Gaming Carbon Wifi
PSU: Corsair 850watt

I put a new motherboard in it and it still has the same issue. So is it the power supply?

yeah if the gpu works on another system. likely the psu is the issue
